So I will be re mixing a track with SD" set out to individual tracks like I said above to try Ez mix on and see how it turns out I actualy bought Ez mix today and Iam blowen away with the sounds from it Ive nly used it for about half an hour but its awesome! Its good fun to use sonars Compressors and presets drum tools and just use superior as if it was just a mixed up kit if you get me ? you can get some good sounds! There will be a default routing but you can change things as needed. Open the S2 interface and go to the Mixer page and select the Multichannel entry from the Fader output/track dropdown menu. It will also create a MIDI track where you can drag and drop or record your MIDI parts that you want S2 to playback. Sonar will create a number of stereo audio track that are automatically assigned to S2. In the Options dialog, make sure that 'MIDI Source' as well as 'All Synth Audio Outputs: Stereo' are checked. It is also fun to experiment sending it all out to sonar from superior drummer and very very easy to do all you do is Open the Synth Rack and go to 'Soft Synths'->'vstplugins', and select 'Superior Drummer'. Mixing in the box is good a lot off good pre sets and things and there is a lot of pre set kits already mixed etc but I find them to peak and then have to pull the sound right down or put al imiter on them its a bit of a pain I now have win7 64 with 12 gb of ram and 4 gig is used just by superior drummer alone keeping it from causing any problems etc I found it not to work so good in XP with 3 gig of ram Incase you didnt know its a ram based program and sucks the ram right out your daw! Quick question for you though are you useing win 64bit ? and how much ram have you got I did full install you get full use of all the mixs and bled control that way Hey man I use Sd2 for all my drums with both the metal foundry add ons and the newyork lost studios 2 adons
